Peter Szubert

Physical activity has been a core part of my life since my teenage years. My journey began in a local bodybuilding gym, sparking a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Over the past two decades, I have expanded my expertise across multiple disciplines, earning a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification, alongside diplomas in exercise referral, obesity & diabetes management, and pre & postnatal fitness.

I specialise in working with clients facing health challenges, from weight management struggles to muscular imbalances and chronic pain. My goal is to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. I take great pride in guiding them towards pain relief, better movement, and a healthier lifestyle.

As Albert Einstein once said, "The more I learn, the more I realise how much I don’t know." This mindset drives me to continuously expand my knowledge, staying updated with the latest sports science, training methodologies, and nutritional strategies.
